【疫情中】引智项目报销所需材料清单
To facilitate the fees application of our BJTU staff, please help to collect the following documents:
为方便我校教师报销相关费用，请您协助提供如下材料：
1. Front page of Passport(Photocopy) 护照首页复印件
2. Contract and email exchanges 协议和签订邮件往来
3. Chinese bank account information 外国专家中国银行账户信息
4. Receipt of lecturing fees with signature (Email exchanges) , if the 3rd item is not available
外国专家讲课费签收单邮件往来（如不能提供3，则需提供此项）
5. Expert information sheet 外籍人员信息采集表
6. 引智项目执行报告（mis系统申请）（Prepared by BJTU staff)
